30 Bloody Head Exploding Bare Ass Flashing Seconds of Machete

I shit you not, but there are actually people in the trades writing articles debating the political ramifications of a movie like “Machete”. Honestly, a movie about a pissed off Mexican who slices and dices his way through half of Texas. Talk about overthinking things. Get a life, guys, and realize it’s just a cheapo movie that, when all is said and done, will have absolutely zero ramifications, in politics or elsewhere, but it should prove to be one hell of a fun ride. That said, here’s an excellent 30-second red band trailer with all the blood, bare ass, and head chopping action you can ask for. Via Bloody-Disgusting.

After a violent shakedown from a notorious drug lord nearly kills him, Machete, a renegade Mexican Federale and tough-as-nails vigilante for justice, roams the streets of Texas, working as a day laborer. When Machete is hired by a crooked US Senator to execute a covert hit, Machete is double-crossed and forced to run from the cops and an endless stream of assassins. But what they don’t know is that Machete is looking for them so he can settle the score.

Starring Danny Trejo, Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba, Robert De Niro, Lindsay Lohan, Cheech Marin, Jeff Fahey, Steven Seagal, Don Johnson, Rose McGowan and directed by Ethan Maniquis and Robert Rodriguez.

Get bloody September 3, 2010.
