Adrien Brody in High School (2010) Movie Image

Although it may sound silly to those who despise marijuana-related humor, John Stalberg’s indie comedy “High School” is resting at the very tip-top of my must-see list for 2010. The film, which stars Colin Hanks, Michael Chiklis, Yeardley Smith, Michael Vartan, and Adrien Brody, chronicles the misadventures of a high school valedictorian as he faces down a particularly damning drug test. His solution to the problem is simple: subject the entire senior class to the same fate so he doesn’t burn alone. Below you’ll find two thoroughly amusing clips from the upcoming film, which, sadly, does not have a domestic release date as of this writing. Here’s hoping I just missed it. Which wouldn’t surprise me, given the large amounts of turkey I’ve consumed over the past few days.

If anyone has any information regarding the picture’s release, feel free to let me know. In the meantime, peep the provided clips as much as you want.

Todd was raised on a steady diet of Hollywood blockbusters, late-night Cinemax programming, and USA’s “Up All Night,” which may explain why his taste in movies is more than a little questionable. When he isn’t providing news and reviews for Beyond Hollywood, he can be found lounging lazily on his couch, perched in front of his television, or dwelling in places where direct sunlight can be easily avoided. He's happily married, in his 30's, and totally badass. If you'd like to reach Todd, you can follow him on Twitter or send him email/scoops to todd (at) beyondhollywood.com.

i watched two clips that must have replaced the “thoroughly amusing” ones…From the looks of the clips, I couldn’t even tell that this movie was a comedy.
