It sounds like “Drive” director Nicolas Winding Refn’s latest, the Bangkok Thailand-set “Only God Forgives” is one of those “you either love or hate” kind of movies. I haven’t seen a review for it yet that falls somewhere in the middle. Which basically means I’ll probably love it. I can’t help myself, this is the kind of the movie that I just naturally end up digging. Plus, I think “Drive” was awesome, and from everything I’ve seen of “Only God Forgives”, it’s like “Drive” minus the driving. If you didn’t think “Drive” was awesome, though, then you probably won’t.
Anyhoo. Check out a trio of character posters that have been released for the film so far. They’re colorfully cool, if you ask me.
