Aaron Eckhart’s The Expatriate Has Been Erased … with a New Title and Trailer

Aaron Eckahrt’s ex-CIA agent on the run actioner “The Expatriate” has been sitting on someone’s shelf for a while now, but 2013 looks like the film’s year. But if you’re still looking forward to “The Expatriate”, rejoice, because the film is now going by the rather generic and uninspired title of “Erased” (admittedly “The Expatriate” wasn’t all “that”, as the kids say, but it was still miles better than “Erased”). The plot is still the same, though, so no difference there.

Take a gander at the newly revised trailer for “Erased” below, take a ganderers. The film also has a release date, which you can discover below.

When ex-CIA agent Ben Logan discovers that he and his daughter have been marked for termination as part of a wide-reaching international conspiracy, a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse ensues as Logan tries to outsmart his hunters and uncover the truth.

“The Expatriate”, now “Erased”, also stars Olga Kurylenko, Liana Liberato, Kate Linder, Neil Napier, Garrick Hagon, Eric Godon, and David Bark-Jones.

Philipp Stölzl directs the film, which finally gets its due this May 10, 2013.
