Ali Larter to Headline Resident Evil 4?

ok resident evil is all about alice her words at the end of RE:3 are “im coming for you” to the head director of umbrella yea ali larter should come back into RE:4 but why get rid of milla Im in love with Milla and Ali when i saw them both in RE:3 i yelled now they made a good movie they both rock! and besides the fourth is gonna hafta have alice seeing as she has 100s maybe even 1,000s of clones at the end of RE:3 im gonna be a director when im done with college and im gonna put milla and ali in some of my movies

i think that there should be a number 4 resident evil because number 1,2 and 3 were great but milla / alice should be the same i love acting i want to be an acter when im older and this film makes me want to be one more than any other flm because it has so much acttion and i think it would be great in milla stayed beacause she is ACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!at the job she might not have the looks but she has the moves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Hope a resident evil 4 will come out and not 2 or more years after!
I just saw resident evil part 3 and can’t wait to see how that sequel is gonna end.

NOOOOOOOOOO, Milla Jovovich is so cool in RE I just love it. Ali plays also a nice part but I cant imagine a RE movie without Alice. And I cant wait to see the fourth movie.

OK, i dont care a bit about ali larter and her so called ”whispers”….the movie is about Alice (Milla Jovovich) not some random chic that did a good job at staying alive and keeping about 9/50 people alive…. replacing the arc and moving to Ali Larter would be like taking Harry Potter and for the next film, going on an arc about Ron…you just dont do it… if Milla is not in the 4th, the movie will be worthless…yeah her acting may not be top of the line…but she makes the movie…no other female actor could fit this role….case closed

Okay, Ali and Mila making a porn, not a bad idea. Ali and Mila making a RE porn bad idea. I really think they need to keep Mila. I hear lots of you say that she has a bland personality but if everyone you knew before and after the t-virus was dead, a zombe or you had to leave them, how would you act? I also think it would be sweet if Ali and the other woman from RE:2 met up in Alaska.

And if anyone here followed the games, they’d know just why a forth movie is wrong. You know, aside from the fact that Alice is two-dimensional. She has *no* character development what so ever. And Sienna, the woman that played Jill, didn’t take up on the third movie. She was originally supposed to be in it, but refused.

Why? The game fans complained about how the movies butchered Jill.

Milla has to be part of the 4th movie. given the ending of RE 3 there also has to be a 4th. there needs to be a conclusion and alice needs to finish what has been started. Ali Larter is amazing. i think she added another kickass lead female role to RE 3 and would love to see what ended up happing to her. however, as far as her replacing alice goes, not gonna work. RE 3 ended with many alices, how do u get rid of them without completely ruining the whole story? answer, you cant!

well for all the people that think RE movies are bad get a life…i loved them but i didnt really like the game. the movies are excellent. Milla Jovovich is brilliant at playing Alice..i agree with what one guy said about if all the people u knew died and turned into zombie’s would u be all happy and jumping for joy????
maybe u should watch number 3 more closely and u would see she show’s emotion….plus gives emotion towards other’s like the character Oded Fehr plays in both 2 and 3 movies. cant the movies be different than the game…i wouldnt want to know everything that was going to happen in the movie cause of playing the game. dont replace Milla she is to good and i wont watch the movie if she isnt in it. bring on RE:4 i cant wait

They should NOT make a RE4!!! Why?! Because it has nothing to do with Resident Evil. You could change the name of the movie and you couldn’t tell if it was even based off the game or if it was Resident Evil! Where the hell is Chris Redfield, and Leon Kennedy?!!!!!!! Where is horror feel to the movie? RE is not action game, it’s a survival-horror game!! And they took all that away from the movie and brought in a bunch of crap!! WTF did they do to the Nemisis???!!!!!!!! He was much more darker and sinister in the game than he was in the movie. They make him turn good in the movie!!! WTF!!!! He tracks down the S.T.A.R.S members not Alice!!!!! I don’t even want to talk about this movie anymore!! They need to redo it and make it the way RESIDENT EVIL SHOULD BE!!!!

According to “The Movie Insider”, Resident Evil 4 will have Milla Jovovich, quote from the site:

“Milla Jovovich will reprise her signature role as Alice in this fourth installment of the videogame franchise, which takes off where “Resident Evil: Afterlife” ended in Japan.”

Of course, Resident Evil: Afterlife was the working title for Extinction.

oh yea, sorry for the double post but I also heard from another movie site (Can’t remember which one) that RE4 is estimated to come out in 2009, but there is still no confirmed date.

They should so do another movie because they not only left the ending unfinishes (we don’t know what if the group reached Alaska) and alice could so organise an army of alices to fight and rid the world of zombies. I’ve got to say the first movie sucked me in because of the suspense of a zombie jumping at any random moment and I’ve been hooked since. I reckon they should make a 4rth movie cause from the comments of people and fans and from previous movie sales figures that should be enough to motivate movie directors to make another film. I’m sure they won’t have trouble making a story line and there are ideas floating around the web! I guess you got to depend on movie directors and actors to get motivated to do a movie! What can you do though bit would be disappointing if a new movie doen’t come out!

i love resident evil i really cant wait for the next installment . but to be honest the movie was really slacking on the characters . in some movies some of the character shown on the game weren’t shown at all and that bugged my wire >> since some of them played an important role. now their doing some spin off from were we left off which to me is quite all right but at least show some parts of where we left off from the last movie .

I loved each Resident Evil Movie. Milla is the best! I am in love with her. There is no way in hell she ca ever get replaced! Her personality in each movie is amazing and spectacular. Ali was O.K in Extintion but Milla was great as always. The fourth should have Alice goig after the remaining Umbrella members in Japan with her clones and Ali should happen to be captured and cloned with the T-Virus in her and should become sorta lke Alice except not as perfect and the two should battle it out. And Alice should win of course and the finish off Umbrella corp. Mila is the best and will always be the best she rocks!!

They can not replace her because at the end of 3 she saw a large amount of clones of her self and said she was coming to japan to shutdown the umbrella company there. I also know that they will push the movie to part 8 or 9. because there are other parts of the world they want to shoot the movie.

okay well i think that there is going to definetly be a RE4 because on the back of the movie case for RE3 there was a “sneak peak” at RE4: Degeneration but it was animated!!! it was really retarded but i still think that they will have one with Milla because obviously if it starts with her its gotta end with her too…and i do hope both Claire and Jill are back in this one too…i also think that this movie may take a little longer because they have to do alot of green screening if they want all of the alices to be in it….
