Robert Stromberg’s “Maleficent” tells the true story of the evil queen from Disney’s “Sleeping Beauty,” because, let’s face it, we’ve always wanted to know what her story was, amirite? Yeah, let’s just go with that. Honestly, I don’t even remember if I’ve actually ever seen the whole “Sleeping Beauty” movie. I always get it mixed up with all the other movies about princesses and evil queens and whatnot. How many of those does Disney have? A few billion?
Anyhoos. Check out Angelina Jolie in a new banner poster for the movie above. Feel free to click on it to enlarge it.
