Anna Faris Desperately Wants to Deep Throat

I’ve been dying to use that headline for years now. Geez, I feel so adult. Ahem. Anyways, “Scary Movie” star Anna Faris, known around Hollywood as the go-to cutie pie for comedies, recently updated MTV on her plans to star as Linda Lovelace (the real woman, pictured left) in the movie “Inferno”. Lovelace, for those of you who don’t know, is the porn actress most famous for her role in the movie “Deep Throat”, before eventually becoming an anti-porn activist in her later years. The movie is scheduled to star Faris, with Sam Rockwell working opposite her.

Here’s what she told MTV:

“We’re still trying to put it together,” explained the affable actress, who will reportedly be appearing opposite Sam Rockwell in the flick. “I’m going to do ['Observe & Report' with Seth Rogen] first, and then hopefully we’ll get together for the summer.”

According to Faris, the movie is not a done deal. They (the production people) are still working on getting the money shots — er, I mean, money stuff together.

Says Faris about her intentions to transformer herself into the role:

“You’re not going to even know who I am,” she half-joked, discussing her plans for the portrayal. “I’m not there right now, but I will be when the time comes. I’ll be in a very dark place.”

Well, Anna, as long as you stay blonde and bubbly in my dreams, it’s all good.
