Chiaki Kuriyama Kill Bill Promos
Sure, Uma Thurman kicking all kinds of ass was one of the real treats of Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” movies, but for my money the best part was watching the tiny Japanese babe Chiaki Kuriyama swinging a heavy metal mace around like noone’s business. In the movie, Chiaki Kuriyama played the simply fabulously named Gogo Yubari, a killer Yakuza girl in schoolgirl uniform and a killer smile. Seriously, quite possibly the best part of the movie was when Gogo went toe-to-toe with Uma Thurman’s The Bride character. Great stuff, indeed. Most Westerners will probably not know the name “Chiaki Kuriyama”, but they may know her if you mention “Kill Bill”.
