Jamie Chung Bikini Modeling Pictures
Jamie Chung is set to blow up when the movie “Dragonball” opens in theaters, but until then here are some bikini pictures of her from her modeling days, before the whole acting thing took off. Don’t worry if you don’t know who Jamie Chung is, just take the fact that she’s a gorgeous Asian chick who looks like a million bucks in a bikini and go with it. What are you, dumb? I said just go with it! Ahem. So, here are some bikini pictures of Jamie Chung. Please to enjoy.
Zhang Ziyi Bikini Pictures
While you were shivering in the cold over the long Holiday weekend, Zhang Ziyi and her billionaire fiance were at a hot beach somewhere in their swimsuits. Oh, to be rich and famous! Or just to be rich would be nice. Anyways, someone was there with a camera and snapped some great pics of Zhang Ziyi on teh beach in a two-piece bikini. There are actually more racy pics in this collection, but these are pretty much the only two I could post without, you know, showing actual nudity. They’re still pretty hot, though. Enjoy.
Introducing Crystal Liu
If the name Crystal Liu doesn’t ring a bell, you might have seen her in the martial arts movie “The Forbidden Kingdom” with Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Yep, that’s her, the very cute Chinese actress who isn’t Bingbing Li. I know it’s kind of hard to concentrate on another woman with Bingbing Li in the same movie, but Crystal Liu is not exactly hard on the eyes. The 21 year old Chinese actress hails from the Wuhan Hubei province of China, and already has a pretty extensive filmography in Asia. She’s work tons over the very short years she’s been in the business, and some believe she’s prime to break through Hollywood. Maybe, maybe not. We think she’s very cute, nonetheless.
Lucy Liu Joins Dirty Sexy Money Show
Lucy Liu is probably the most famous Asian actress in Hollywood right now, and Hollywood still manages to squander her talents. That just goes to show you how crappy Hollywood is right now, but let’s not get into that, it just makes me mad thinking about it. Anyways, Lucy Liu will be joining the second season of ABC’s risque primetime show Dirty Sexy Money in its second season. I believe she’s joining the show, because I don’t recall her having been on the show in the first season, although, you know, I could be wrong. Anyways, here are some promos she did for the show. Hot, hot, HOT.
Zhang Ziyi is Back!
I know, it seems like it’s been a while since I posted any new Zhang Ziyi pictures, but in my defense she hasn’t exactly been out there all that much lately. As far as I can tell, Zhang Ziyi has been too busy jetting around the world with her boyfriend, some European dude, instead of making movies. Or at least, that’s what it seems like. In any case, she’s finally back on our radar, and yes, Zhang Ziyi is still as hot and smoking as we remembered her. I guess it wasn’t that long ago, but damn, it sure seemed like it had been a while since Ziyi gave us something to get excited about, and these pictures definitely does that.
Qi Shu at the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards
Love Qi Shu. I’ve always loved Qi Shu. Yes, even before the whole “used to be a softcore actress” stuff surfaced. Mind you, not that that dampened my enthusiasm for the gal. I mean, just look at her. One of the loveliest Chinese actresses around, and here she is looking all glam up at the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards, which is like the Hong Kong version of the Oscars except, er, in Hong Kong. Well, that’s sorta self-explanatory, isn’t it? Gorgeous and then some, and “some” is pretty damn gorgeous.
More Bingbing Li in The Forbidden Kingdom Promos
Let’s face it, while people are going to “The Forbidden Kingdom” for the kung fu fights and the first-ever collaboration between Jet Li and Jackie Chan onscreen, I’m going for Bingbing Li. Okay, so maybe that’s a little superficial, but hey, what do you want from me, I’m a sucker for a hot woman with crazy white hair who can kick my ass any day of the week. Which, incidentally, Bingbing Li easily fulfills in her role as the dangerous Ni Chang in “The Forbidden Kingdom”. Here’s more promos of Bingbing Li from the movie.
Gong Li in Curse of the Golden Flower Promos
While there is clearly more than one reason to watch Zhang Yimou’s martial arts epic “Curse of the Golden Flower”, I have two more reasons for you: Gong Li’s rack. Yup, that movie was all about Gong Li’s rack, as the director and costume designer had them squeezed into those ridiculously tight corsets. It was probably incredibly painful for the girls, especially star Gong Li (promos from the flick below), but I’m not down on it. In fact, it’s one of the reasons I recommend the film to all of you who haven’t seen it yet. And oh yeah, it has some nice action, too, but it’s all about the tight corsets to me.
The Forbidden Kingdom’s Bingbing Li
I have no idea how I’ve been watching Chinese movies all this time and never noticed Bingbing Li. Seriously, it’s a damn shame I’ve just now noticed her, when she’s about to break through into to International market by co-starring in the Hollywood big-budget action movie “The Forbidden Kingdom”, which is sure to get a whole lot of attention because it’s a major Hollywood flick and it co-stars Jet Li and Jackie Chan, the first time those two have been in the same movie together. It’s gonna rock, and Bingbing Li looks so damn good in it, playing a villain. A really HOT villain, that is.
More Zhang Jingchu Movie Promos
More movie promos featuring Chinese actress Zhang Jingchu, or Jingchu Zhang, as her name can also be written. Chinese people write their last name first and first name second, which is why Zhang (Jingchu’s last name) comes first when you usually see it spelled. Anyways, if you have never seen an Asian movie, you might know Zhang Jingchu from her appearance in “Rush Hour 3″ — she played the really cute Chinese girl who Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan had to rescue. She’s been in a ton of movies, including “Seven Swords”, “Jade Warrior”, and the drama “Peacock”. These promos of Zhang Jingchu are from two of those movies.
Lucy Liu in Kill Bill Promos
If Chiaki Kuriyama inserted some much-needed Asian face to the very Asian-themed Kill Bill movies, then Lucy Liu was the unheralded star of the franchise. Not only did she actually looked natural swinging a Samurai sword around (Uma Thurman looked good, too, but you could tell she had to REALLY work at it), but she just looked damn good throughout the movie. Here are some Kill Bill promos of Lucy Liu doing what she does best — looking deadly and ubert hot at the same time. Who can pull that kind of balance out? Lucy Liu can, that’s who.
More Tang Wei is a Good Thing
Is Taiwanese actress Tang Wei the next big Chinese import to America? I don’t know, but it’s going to be pretty damn close, because the woman seems to have it all — looks, acting chops, and a major hit (and critically acclaimed, which is twice as good) movie to her credit. And yeah, she looks like a million bucks dressed in red at the 11th Annual Hollywood Awards. How smoking hot is Tang Wei? Does the word “unfathomably smoking hot” mean anything?
Gong Li is Soaking Wet, But Still Hot
We haven’t seen a whole lot from Gong Li in a while, which is a crying shame as she still remains one of the most talented and, of course, sexiest Chinese actresses currently prowling the International cinema stage. After a stint in Hollywood, Gong Li’s reputation has grown even more. I’m still not sure about her English, but hey, YOU try speaking Chinese after speaking English all your life, and tell me how good your Chinese would be. Yeah, that’s what I thought. Now enjoy some Gong Li in a very wet photoshoot. Sexy as hell, I’m telling you, the woman is just gorgeous.
Caution: Don’t Fall in Lust with Tang Wei
Get ready for the whirlwind that is Tang Wei, the latest Chinese movie star who is currently bursting onto the International stage thanks to her starring role in Ang Lee’s Lust, Caution movie. Just as Ang Lee made Zhang Ziyi world famous, it’s no shocker that he’s going to do the same thing to Tang Wei, whose sex scenes in Lust, Caution has been a point of major controversy around the world and back again. And just to put in perspective how great she was in Lust, Caution, remember that it was not just her first starring role, but it was her FIRST ROLE period. Now THAT takes some talent! You gotta love Ang Lee. This guy knows how to pick leading ladies!
Kelly Hu in Yellow Magazine, Plus Video
The always stunning Kelly Hu looking stunning in the May issue of Yellow Magazine, which I’m assuming is some kind of Asian-American themed magazine, or otherwise it’s just wrong. Not sure what Kelly’s up to at the moment, but IMDB lists her at being involved in three movies, including “The Tournament”, which really sounds cool. In the film, assassins are brought to one town to duke it out for a large purse (as in money, not the kind women carry around, ahem). Although I’m sure if they wanted a purse, just a regular purse, they could buy one with their winnings. But I digress.
Ming-Na at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball
We haven’t seen a whole lot of Ming-Na since her FOX show “Vanished” got canceled. Which is a shame, because she’s really one of the only few Chinese actresses working constantly in Hollywood today. Anyways, finally spotted Ming-Na attending the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, and looking good doing it, too. Love the dress, but more importantly, love the woman. Hopes she returns to TV very soon, and maybe a hit show this time…
Kelly Hu Bikini Photoshoot
I’m very angry at Hollywood for continuing to ignore Kelly Hu as a viable leading lady in their movies. What’s the woman have to do, drop kick you idiots in the face? (Although I have to admit, I’d pay money to see that happen. Hollywood has it coming!) Give this woman a leading role in your movies now! But anyways, until that happens, we’ll just have to satisfy our Kelly Hu kick with these pictures of her from a recent bikini photoshoot. Have I mention how good Kelly Hu looks in a bikini? If not, I always meant to.
Ziyi, Gong, and Yeoh at the Cannes Premiere of Chacun Son Cinema
So what are three of the world’s most famous Chinese actresses doing at the Cannes Film Festival? Apparently it’s to attend the Cannes premiere of “Chacun Son Cinema”, a documentary film consisting of 35 shorts directed by different directors about their feeling about Cinema. Directors included in the doc includes Kar Wai Wong, David Cronenberg, and Kaige Chen. But more importantly, taking part in the whole red carpet whoopie-doo were Zhang Ziyi, Michelle Yeoh, and Gong Li. And no, I absolutely have no idea what Zhang Ziyi is wearing. I think it’s a suit gone terribly wrong, but don’t hold me to it.
Kelly Hu at the 7th Annual Taurus World Stunt Awards
Although Kelly Hu’s show “In Case of Emergency” was short-lived, it should have given her enough exposure (even a cancelled show gets plenty of exposure on TV) to help Kelly launch into more lucrative TV or movie work. Or at least that’s what we hope, because it would suck if Kelly Hu doesn’t get to do more TV or movies. In any case, here’s our favorite ass kicking Hawaiian at the 7th Annual Taurus World Stunt Awards. I’m guessing they give out awards to stuntmen or something.
Chinese Actress Qi Shu at Cannes
Qi Shu doesn’t have a role in Wong Kar Wai’s latest, “My Blueberry Nights”, but that didn’t stop her from attending its screening at the Cannes Film Festival. And she’s looking glorious on the red carpet, too. Blue has never been my favorite color (that’s still black, cause, you know, I’m mysterious like that), but wow, blue looks so good on Qi Shu it’s not even funny.
