If Chiaki Kuriyama inserted some much-needed Asian face to the very Asian-themed Kill Bill movies, then Lucy Liu was the unheralded star of the franchise. Not only did she actually looked natural swinging a Samurai sword around (Uma Thurman looked good, too, but you could tell she had to REALLY work at it), but she just looked damn good throughout the movie.
