Ben Stiller and Noah Baumbach’s Greenberg Trailer

Greenberg (2010) Movie, Videos — By Nix on November 28, 2009

Who is Noah Baumbach? He’s the writer/director of a lot of movies critics really like, but you’ve probably never seen or even heard of. His latest is “Greenberg”, one of those whimsical comedies that are also dramas. Or perhaps they’re dramas that are also comedies. Or dramedies as they’re called nowadays. In any case, here’s the first trailer for it. This is one of those movies that will probably draw you in if you stumble across it on TNT one day, but it’ll probably never even occur to you to actually pay money to see it in a theater or rent it from Blockbusters. And to be honest, I don’t know what that says about it, but there you have it.

Roger Greenberg is a New Yorker who moves to Los Angeles in order to figure out his life while he house sits for his brother. He also starts a romance with his brother’s assistant, an aspiring musician named Florence (Greta Gerwig).

Starring Ben Stiller, Greta Gerwig, Rhys Ifans, Brie Larson, Juno Temple, and directed by Noah Baumbach (“# Margot at the Wedding”, “The Squid and the Whale”).
