Looks like director Stuart Beattie has brought out the big guns to help sell his upcoming monster/action/”Underworld”-ridin’ flick “I, Frankenstein.” Let’s face it, he needs all the help he can get. The studio has all but given up on this movie, and I’m pretty sure they’re only putting out TV spots now because they’re contractually obligated. Anyways, here’s Bill Nighy, who plays the villain in this one, and shows up all over the latest TV spot for the film.

Who knew a tall, skinny, frail looking old English guy could be so evil?

200 years after his shocking creation, Dr. Frankenstein’s creature, Adam, still walks the earth. But when he finds himself in the middle of a war over the fate of humanity, Adam discovers he holds the key that could destroy humankind. From the co-writer of the hit supernatural saga, UNDERWORLD, comes the action thriller I, FRANKENSTEIN, written for the screen and directed by Stuart Beattie, screen story by Kevin Grevioux and Stuart Beattie, based on the Darkstorm Studios graphic novel “I, Frankenstein” created by Kevin Grevioux.

Starring Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto, Socratis Otto, Jai Courtney and Kevin Grevioux.

Frank fights Bill this January 24, 2014.
