Another very cool clip from Chris Nahon’s live-action take on the popular Japanese anime “Blood: The Last Vampire”, starring South Korea’s Gianna Jun and America’s Allison Miller as two lasses running away from some bloodthirsty, flying vampire types. They find themselves in a big Army truck to aid in their escape, but did I mention those vampires are the flying type? Check out another minute-long clip from the movie.
A vampire named Saya, who is part of covert government agency that hunts and destroys demons in a post-WWII Japan, is inserted in a military school to discover which one of her classmates is a demon is disguise.
Starring Gianna Jun, Allison Miller, Liam Cunningham, JJ Feild, Koyuki, Yasuaki Kurata, Michael Byrne, Colin Salmon, Andrew Pleavin, and Larry Lamb. Directed by Chris Nahon.

Well at least all the Vamps aren’t buffy rejects. Doesnt really look like a chiroptera but, hey those things looked wierd anyway and many may have been put off by their look. Me I’m good with both versions. Yeah the CG here isn’t great, but alot of the overseas CG doesn’t have the polish Hollywood films have the budget for. So yeah I’m still excited to see this and to add it to my colection.
