I finally got around to seeing “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1” last weekend, it’s only been out for two months or so, and I figured it was high time. I dug it, just like all the others, and I appreciate that the story keeps getting more and more grim as the saga continues. Needless to say, I’m eagerly anticipating the opening of “Part 2” next summer. The internet is only fueling my frustration at not being able to immediately see the conclusion of the series as a new photo photo from the final chapter has appeared.
The image depicts the climactic battle of Hogwarts, a violent, brutality filled event, where lots of unpleasantness unfolds. Neville Longbottom (Matthew Lewis), dirty, haggard, and exhausted, stands on the hallowed grounds of the wizarding school, while Bellatrix Lestrange (Helena Bonham Carter) and some other sinister looking folks lurk in the background. You could say it appears that the shit is about to hit the fan.
“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2” opens July 15, and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Ralph Fiennes, Alan Rickman, and more.
