As told at such sites like mi6.co.uk or imb.com the movie is suppossed to take place 2 minutes after “CASINO ROYALE”(hense a sequal). Bond as you saw in the movie, was still his own style as a rogue agent rather a double-o. He didn’t dress formal all the time, he hadnt thought up the name for his famous martini, he fell in love. He was still himself although he was promoted. So my point of all this is, They want us to see Bond become Bond more first before adding the other famous characters such as Miss Moneypenny or Q. Now bond is starting to become what we know of him in the past, but he’s not fully the same bond we know. lol, bond didnt do his famous line untill the very end of Casino Royale, or even got to say “Vodka Martini, Shaken not Stirred”. I have some theories myself, on what will happen later in the series. I believe sooner or later bond will have his usuall haircut along with being yet promoted again to Cammander. I would like to see that later along too. He’s got a cool haircut now, but it’s not the traditional Bond we all know.
