"GoldenEye" involved the EMP weapon called "GoldenEye." "Tomorrow Never Dies" had a global newspaper called "Tomorrow." "The World Is Not Enough" is the Bond family motto. So, I'd say that's some relevance. As for "Quantum of Solace," well, it does sound cool, and is the name of a Fleming short story, so...
