Whoa, check out the huge honkin’ scar along Brad Pitt’s character in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds”. Wonder what’s the story there, and is that the reason why Pitt’s character Lt. Aldo Raine is so obsessed with scalpin’ them Nazis? (It’s either that, or because Nazis ain’t got no humanity!) Here’s a new “Basterds” poster featuring Raine, sporting that clear as day ugly scar. Ouch, looks like it still hurts.
In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as “The Basterds” are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. The Basterds soon cross paths with a French-Jewish teenage girl who runs a movie theater in Paris which is targeted by the soldiers.
Starring Brad Pitt, Cloris Leachman, Diane Kruger, Mike Myers, B.J. Novak, Eli Roth, Samm Levine, Til Schweiger, Michael Fassbender, Julie Dreyfus, Daniel Brühl, Rod Taylor, Mélanie Laurent, Jacky Ido, Paul Rust, Omar Doom, Ludger Pistor, Christoph Waltz, Michael Bacall, and directed by Quentin Tarantino.
