Let’s get one thing clear: The upcoming “Evil Dead” project isn’t “Evil Dead 4″. It’s a remake. With new people. If you have any doubts about that, take a peek at the video embedded below. Bruce Campbell, who is currently at Comic-Con to pimp “Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe”, takes a moment to discuss a few of the rumors surrounding the upcoming remake. After all of these years, you know the guy has got to be tired of talking about Ash. How he does it without punching people in the face is beyond me. Anyway, the aforementioned clip awaits.

Just an all around great man. I think there are going to be tons of rolls opening up for him as he gets older. He is developing the “fun father” look and maybe the “cranky guy at the office/ prick boss” mold. I’d just love to see him in anything. I still need to catch up on burn notice.

Have you seen Bubba Hotep? Or My Name is Bruce? “The Fall of Sam Axe” was freaking awesome. As for a remake of “Evil Dead” if the man is on board and gives it his approval I’m good. I mean who are we to bitch at Ash?
