Sylvester Stallone’s line-up for his “Expendables” movie continues to get more impressive with the addition of Bruce Willis, albeit in a cameo ala Arnold Schwarzenegger. Willis tells MTV that he will indeed be joining the cast of Stallone’s action flick, though in a very minor role that will probably take less than a day to shoot, if that.
Says Willis:
“I haven’t united with them. I’m waiting for a call from Sly about when we’re going to try and make that happen. I don’t know anything about [my character] yet, haven’t seen any pages yet. But I’m excited about it.”
Willis will be joining a cast that already includes action stars Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Steve Austin, Terry Crews and Randy Couture. Not to mention Mickey Rourke, Eric Roberts, and — okay, maybe not so much the last two.
You gotta figure Jean-Claude Van Damme has to be sitting at home right now thinking, “Dammit, I shouldn’t have said no…”
Maybe Sly can get Seagal to replace him…
