Cabin Fever 2 Trailer is All Kinds of Fever-y Goodness

Via STYD, here’s your first look at Ti West’s sequel to Eli Roth’s horror gem “Cabin Fever”. The sequel is called “Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever”, which helpfully denotes the film’s sequel pedigree, as well as, er, seasonal background. This time around, the flesh-eating disease shows up at a high school prom thanks to a popular brand of bottled water, which once again proves my point that paying for bottled water is just a bad, bad idea. They should drink from the tap like I do. And yes, that skin disease I have is purely coincidental. In any case, once the disease spreads, it’s up to our high school full of plucky 20-somethings playing teens to escape the school before they’re quarantined, or worst, the fat kid starts eating them. Okay, the last part is probably untrue. Probably.

Starring Rider Strong, Noah Segan, Alexander Isaiah Thomas, Giuseppe Andrews, Alexi Wasser, Regan Deal, Rusty Kelley, Marc Senter, and directed by Ti West.

“Spring Fever” arrives on DVD February 16, 2010 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.

Um so what now, since people are ingesting it, the disease moves faster? Makes sense I guess but um I’ll probably pass.

“Makes sense”? Probably not. At this point, it looks like they’re just going for good old fashion gore and catering to the fanbase. Which is a smart idea.

That was a very loose “Make Sense” LOL. Yeah going for the gore and stuff should please people, but looks so bad.
