Is it me, or does the Bond titles get less and less relevant with every installment? Okay, so “Casino Royale” kind of make sense, but the previous three or four? Anyhoo. The Powers That Be behind the Bond films have given the latest Bond movie, the 22nd installment, a name: “Quantum of Solace”.
