G.I. Joe Producer Bonaventura Spills Some Details

The premise of this IESB article is that the writer is sitting at home one day when he gets a call from Paramount telling him that “G.I. Joe” (and before that, “Transformers”) producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura will be giving him a call. And he does, and they talk about “G.I. Joe”, the latest castings, the [...]

Stephen Sommer’s “G.I. Rachel Nichols Confirmed, 2 More for G.I. Joe

It’s always a little funny to me when an Internet movie site breaks a casting story before the traditional mags such as Variety or The Hollywood Reporter, who you would think have infinite resources at their disposal. In any case, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed the addition of Rachel Nichols, as well as Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje [...]

Ray Park is Snake Eyes in G.I. Joe?

Yes, according to the boys over at SlashFilm who have “confirmed” the casting. Now I don’t know what kind of inside information or source the boys have, but if this ends up being true, it would certainly make a lot of fanboys happy. Ray Park is most famous for taking on two Jedis at once [...]

Movie Trailer: Live-Action G.I. Joe

Will George Clooney Go G.I. Joe as Duke?

I don’t doubt that the people trying to get the G.I. Joe movie made is looking to get George Clooney to play Duke in their movie, now that it seems as if Mark Wahlberg’s involvement has not panned out. But I very highly doubt that Clooney will even consider the movie. For one, George is [...]

Well this is interesting news. According to Jason Statham via the MTV Movie Blog, the actor says he will not be in the upcoming “G.I.
