Michael Mann’s Depression-era gangster movie “Public Enemies” has added new names to its cast, including an Oscar-nominated actress from France in Marion Cotillard (”La Vie en rose”). Also joining the cast, which already includes headlining stars Christian Bale and Johnny Depp, are Channing Tatum, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Dorff and Jason Clarke.
