Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian Poster

By Nix | September 17, 2007 (5:36 pm) | More: Movie News, The Chronicles of Narnia 2: Prince Caspian (2008) Movie

Via the boys over at Cinematical, here’s your first look at the official poster for “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” aka Narnia 2 (thumbnail to your left, bigger version below) courtesy of the Mouse House. I haven’t seen the first one, or read the books, so I have no idea what the sequel is about. Luckily for us, someone at IMDB.com does, and they’ve written a nice little description (below). Of course, being that I HAVE seen the commercials for the first movie, I’m guessing the sequel has more English orphan kids, talking animals, and a giant lion in there somewhere. And oh yeah, some guy name Caspian, who is a Prince I hear, shows up and does stuff.

The four Pevensie children return to Narnia, only to discover that hundreds of years have passed since they ruled there, and the evil King Miraz has taken charge. With the help of a heroic mouse called Reepicheep, and the exiled heir to the throne, Prince Caspian, they set out to overthrow the King, once again with Aslan’s help.

Starring Peter Dinklage, Anna Popplewell, Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, William Moseley, and directed by Andrew Adamson.

The Prince arrives to save your ass May 16th, 2008.
