Let’s face it, if you can turn Colin Firth into a badass super spy, you’re obviously a very talented bloke. Which I guess “X-Men: First Class” director Matthew Vaughn is, because he seems to have done just that with “Kingsman: The Secret Service,” based on the comic book by Scottish writer Mark Millar (the dude who gave us “Wanted” and “Kick-Ass”). In this one, Firth faces off against a cussing Samuel L. Jackson, which is to say, Firth faces off against Samuel L. Jackson. And there’s a douchey British kid in there somewhere doing something, and looking like a total douche.
