Colin Firth Lets off Steam in New Kingsman Trailer

Colin Firth and Taron Egerton in Kingsman The Secret Service (2015) Movie Image

Let’s face it, if you can turn Colin Firth into a badass super spy, you’re obviously a very talented bloke. Which I guess “X-Men: First Class” director Matthew Vaughn is, because he seems to have done just that with “Kingsman: The Secret Service,” based on the comic book by Scottish writer Mark Millar (the dude who gave us “Wanted” and “Kick-Ass”). In this one, Firth faces off against a cussing Samuel L. Jackson, which is to say, Firth faces off against Samuel L. Jackson. And there’s a douchey British kid in there somewhere doing something, and looking like a total douche.

Check out the new trailer for the film below, check it outers.

Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick Ass, X-Men First Class), Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.

Starring Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Taron Egerton, and Samuel L. Jackson

A new spy is born next year, February 13th.
