Does The World Really Need Undisputed 3? Probably Not.

Undisputed3If you’re a mixed martial artist with an inkling of acting talent, by all means, take advantage of the current wave of MMA action flicks which are making their way to video store shelves at an alarming rate. “Blood & Bone” is already collecting dust, and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s “Damage” is scheduled for release sometime next year. And those are just a few I’m pulling off the top of my head. Now, apparently, “Undisputed 3,” the second sequel nobody wanted, is ready for mass consumption. Considering how interchangeable these films really are, does anyone really care? Are there enough fans of the original films to warrant another follow-up? Apparently so.

Directed by Isaac Florentine (“Bridge of Dragons,” “Undisputed 2″), the film follows yet another illegal prison fight club and the large, angry men who participate in it. The first place prize: freedom, sweet and pure. If you were expecting more of a story, then shame on you.

Check out the trailer below. It looks mildly interesting, but then again, so does every other MMA movie currently on the market.

Micheal Jay White and Scott Adkins are actually guys skilled in MMA, and also can act, unlike all those teen karate movies hitting the theaters. Blood and Bone was awesome, and was done for under 4 million. Undisputed 2 was far better then the 1st, it makes me wonder if you have seen these movies you knock.

I’m all about the Undisputed sequels now. Gotta get ‘em. Just wish there was more with Michael Jai WHite. Gotta get my copy of “SivlerHawk” back with Michelle Yeoh. He was good in that.

Todd your a naive prick, we are seeing the rise of a new MA star, Undisputed III is Scott Adkins' chance to step up into a 2nd lead role (Ninja being the 1st) and showcase his amazing abilities. I personally am a big fan of both Scott and Mike they are phenomenal martial artists and good actors, Blood and Bone was gritty fight movie with a decent story line. Undisputed III will deliver the same excitement and action as Undisputed II but we get to see more of Scott's skills which is the point of it, giving Scott a chance to flourish in the action film industry.

“the second sequel nobody wanted” ??

Open your eyes and get a life you moron.

undisputed 2 is one of the best martial arts films i've seen. I can't believe that someone could say something bad about this movie, and worst say that the world doesn't need undisputed 3. I have already seen undisputed 3, I've been waiting so long for this film and i must say, it worth every second. Undisputed 3 is so much better than the part 2. I saw Marko Zaror (Dolor) in Kiltro, a latin movie, and i always wanted that Marko Zaror and Scott Adkins meet in a movie, so its like a dream come true. A beautiful fight, this movie is in my top 5 martial arts movies. The world need Boyka, no doubt.
