Dragonball Behind-the-Scenes Featurette

Dragonball: Evolution (2009) Movie, Videos — By Nix on March 9, 2009

Some new footage, a lot of talking heads, and writer/director James Wong explaining why their movie “Dragonball: Evolution” is the greatest martial arts movie you’ll ever see in this behind-the-scenes featurette. Okay, maybe they didn’t actually say that, but I’m reading between the lines here, folks, because it’s my job to get into the nitty gritty of these movie news stories. I’m like those two guys from Watergate, Bernstein and that other guy, except there’s just me.

The young warrior Son Goku sets out on a quest, racing against time and the vengeful King Piccolo, to collect a set of seven magical orbs that will grant their wielder unlimited power.

Starring Justin Chatwin, James Marsters, Emmy Rossum, Chow Yun-Fat, Joon Park and Jamie Chung. James Wong writes and directs.

Get your hands on some dragonballs April 8.

The Japanese who watched the free premiere all agreed that even as just another martial arts movie it is going to SUCK BIG TIME, so now there is nothing waiting for this flick but a worldwide boycott and a raspberry

So, your saying that if I make a spider-man movie, instead of shooting web, I could make him shoot water and still call the movie spider-man? You gotta be crazy. If you make a movie base a comics, games or anime. It better come an inch close to whatever source you got it from.
