Eye-Popping New Trailer for Director Gordon Chan’s The Four

Those of you who are still on the fence about “Fist of Legend” and “Thunderbolt” director Gordon Chan’s potentially mind-blowing martial arts epic “The Four” are strongly encouraged to immediately investigate the trailer embedded below. Not only does it boast some seriously eye-popping visuals, it also features glimpses of a few strikingly sharp action sequences. The sucker’s only 45 seconds long, and, the last time I checked, you had 45 seconds to spare. Don’t act like you don’t, because, deep down, you know you do.

Let me entice you with the following synopsis:

An undercover agent is assigned by his corrupt chief to infiltrate a rival department and sabotage their investigation of counterfeit currency. What he discovers is the counterfeiter’s real plan. To overthrow the capital. Not by flooding it with funny money, but with an army of undead.

“The Four” stars Colin Chou, Anthony Wong, Crystal Liu, Deng Chao, and Ronald Cheng. The latest trailer, as well as the previously-released teaser, have been included below. I apologize in advance if you get brain matter on your computer screen. Juts wipe it off and watch it again.

Todd was raised on a steady diet of Hollywood blockbusters, late-night Cinemax programming, and USA’s “Up All Night,” which may explain why his taste in movies is more than a little questionable. When he isn’t providing news and reviews for Beyond Hollywood, he can be found lounging lazily on his couch, perched in front of his television, or dwelling in places where direct sunlight can be easily avoided. He's happily married, in his 30's, and totally badass. If you'd like to reach Todd, you can follow him on Twitter or send him email/scoops to todd (at) beyondhollywood.com.

Looks pretty cool. I’ll check it out if it can get a release at a theater near my area.
