Fast and Furious 5 in Development
The Fast and Furious 5 Movie, The Fast and the Furious 4 (2009) Movie — By Nix on March 16, 2009
Well this seems like a no-brainer. Even if the upcoming “Fast & Furious” (aka “Fast and Furious 4″) doesn’t do major bank (which seems highly unlikely), a fifth “Fast and Furious” movie should probably be vrooming its way into theaters in a few short years. While doing press junket for the movie, stars Paul Walker and Vin Diesel said as much.
Via Collider.com, Walker had this to say when asked about a possible fifth movie in the franchise:
“I’ve heard it in the rumor mill. I’ve spoken with executives at Universal at this point and they’re pretty serious about it. They’re developing it. They know where they want it to take place. They want to do it in Europe.”
Diesel pretty much says the same thing.
Anyways, it looks likely that “Fast & Furious” should open big. After all, even the third one, minus the original stars, did major business, so there’s absolutely no reason why the fourth one shouldn’t do even better.
Get ready for “Fast and Furious 5″, guys. I just hope they don’t go out of their way to give it a silly name like, oh I don’t know, “Fast & Furious” or some such. What’s so wrong about “Fast and Furious 5: Cause you Wanted More, so Here’s More”?

I’m going Saturday and I can’t wait! And I know what I said above, but I just love cars, so bring on a fifth, sixth, heck even a seventh if you want! I’d go see them all!
Yo i just got back from the midnight priemere here in florida and it was awsome. All the great action, women and cars were used to. and as far as a 5th, they say theres rumors goin around about it and i really dont c y it would hurt. This is a great series of movies id hate to c it end.

I just saw the movie and it was awesome, I loved it they should deffinatly make a 5th, the 4th was a great movie, I think the best so far.
I dont understand how they couldn’t make another fast and furious movie after how the fourth one ended. i think if hollywood wants to take dom over sees he should at least start in tokyo because thats where he left off.. but i think if we could bring paul walker, vin diesel, tyrese, and lucas black all together to galavant through asia and europe sticking with exotics and tuners. of coarse dom will have to have an american muscle car and i personally think he would look great behind the wheel of a superbird
They didn’t call it Fast and Furious 4 because it wasn’t, it was a prequel to Tokyo, “technically” making it number three. Thats why they didn’t include it.

After seeing the movie, there almost has to be a fifth. The movie was amazing! No complaints here! When they make the fifth one, they should start off the movie where it ended which is busting Dom out.I also think that Brain should not be an FBI or anything like that.
They should start the 5th movie with getting dom out,then running back to tokyo so dom can finish what he started with sean. Dom will then phone the orig. Team and the boriquas,walker will phone 2f2f crew while kicking it in tokyo with seans crew. they’ll all head to europe and tear it up there, against part1,2,3and 4 druglords crews.
I really hope they continue the series i love cars and women and if they continue this series it will continue to bring in big bucks in the industry.
The movie was awesome. There will be a fifth one because you know when at the end of a movie when something big is about to happen like them all busting dom out. and yes it should take place where they break dom out brian quits the fbi they all run to tokyo dom races shaun and then tyrese shows up and they all take over the streets of asia or something of that nature
