Feast 2: Sloppy Seconds Trailer and DVD Cover Art

Written by Nix | September 11th, 2008 | 3 Comments |

From the looks of it, it appears the makers of “Feast 2: Sloppy Seconds” have decided to cast aside the suspense and thriller aspect of the first movie (set in a claustrophobic bar in the middle of nowhere at night, which made it the perfect spot for creatures to pick off the patrons) in favor of a decapitation-a-second action movie set, inexplicably, in the middle of the day. Hmm, not sure if that’s a wise decision; whoever heard of a movie about monsters set in the daytime? But hey, maybe I’m wrong, and the final movie will actually look a lot better than this trailer for “Feast 2″. Then again, why does the trailer for “Feast 2″ look like something I shot in my backyard with my buds from middle school on a $10 budget? You decide.

The monsters have made it into a small neighboring town in the middle of nowhere and the locals have to band with the survivors of the bar’ slaughter to figure out how to survive.

Meanwhile, Amazon.com has put up a pre-order page for “Feast 2″, which is set to be released October 7, 2008, and will run you $12.99.

Does anyone not realize that Ben Affleck and Matt Damon brought us a kick ass monster horror in a time when everything else was being produced as PG-13?

The dude that did Gigli…..
and the dude thats in everything else with terrible accents.

He, where the hell is Kira Allen? You can´t have another Feast without the buxom, sweaty and bloodbathed beauty from part one. Sakrileg. Oh, and Balthazar Getty seems to be m.i.a. as well, guess he´s too busy cheating on his wife with that british bimbo, Sienna Miller. Hell, the harder I think the most the cast sucks this time!!!
