I have to say that this was the worst 1 hr and 15 minutes of my life, I hated every minute of this movie and left the theatre feeling sick, this movie can be compared to the Blair Witch project easily in that as I am sure everyone already knows it is filmed by one of the characters in the film using a cheap personal video camera. With that said there are LONG drawn out scenes where the only footage you see is the ground bouncing around as the character is running away from this ridiculous beast, it’s so, fake the whole movie, I’m sorry main character nobody knows you actress, how is it that you have a metal rod shoved through your chest and are able to run and jump and leap and hug, after having it ripped out of you…I’m just saying, that this movie is a joke, and should go straight to DVD.

That movie was F**king awsome! I had low hopes for it in that it was a godzilla 2, yet this movie suprised me completely. Me not being a forum freak I knew nothing of the monster so everyother second i was in for anouther suprise. The military, monster, and destruction visual and sound effects are off the walls. The Blair Witch Project can not be compared to this. That movie was a long crappy movie with crappy actors, had the actors in this movie been horrible (wich they wer’nt) then the movie would have made up for it in everything else. Love the movie, Love the effects, and I love that one chick just exploding! OMG BEASTLY!!!!

I was very excited to watch this movie from the first time I saw previews. Needless to say, I was not let down. The movie was very exciting and action-packed…just what I expected. And as for the monster? WOW!

Call me a wuss, but I only made it an hour into the movie, and HAD to leave because I got such bad motion sicknes…the dumbass kids behind me thought it was because the girl exploded, but it was really because of th whole shaky-cam thing. The theater manager was cool enough to give me an open ticket, so I could come back sometime with dramamine and finish the movie. what I did see, I liked!

The shaky cam was hard for a lot of people. It wasn’t too bad for me as long as I put myself in the camera’s perspective. I enjoy scary movies that aren’t full of evil or just blood-fests. They are hard to find, but this was one of them! It was very realistic both from an effects side and a “What would have really happened” side. Sure, there were things we all know wouldn’t have really happened, like the rod through the chest, but a high percentage of realistic stuff. This was a nightmare that JJ Abrams captured on film. Great movie!

What a piece of crap. Paid $13 bucks at Wally-Mart and they should give me back my money plus some for the wasted time. My entire family agreed that this was the worst movie they had ever seen. Even fast forwarding through the never-ending boredom this movie dragged on. Again, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap.
