Final Destination 4 Gets its Spam — er, I mean, Cast

New Line Cinema isn’t wasting any time getting “Final Destination 4″ into production, and now comes words that they’ve also found their spam meat — er, I mean, actors to fill out their cast. Not surprisingly, almost everyone is an unknown, including Shantel VanSanten, Bobby Campo, Hayley Webb, Nick Zano, Krista Allen and Andy Fiscella. Okay, so maybe Krista Allen isn’t so much an unknown for my fellow watchers of “Emmanuelle in Space”, and you know who you are.

New Line is shooting the latest chapter, budgeted at $43 million, in 3-D. The previous three “Final Destinations” have grossed more than $150 million at the domestic box office.

Principal photography begins this month in New Orleans.

David Ellis, who helmed the second installment, returns for the fourth one. He’ll be working off a script by Eric Bress.
