Haha. Spider-Man has been doing some web designs since last we saw him. Get it? What a card, that Spider-man. Anyhoos. Check out the latest — and final, we’re told — trailer for Marc Webb’s “The Amazing Spider-Man 2.” In case you haven’t heard, Webb will be back to direct part 3, but won’t direct parts 4 and up. Sounds about right.

The final trailer plays up the Peter Parker/Harry Osborn angle, and man is Dane DeHaan creepy looking. He comes across as a combination emo dude and corporate skeezehead. Emoskeeze? Whatever the case, looks like he’s very responsible for all the bad guys getting together to fight ol Spidey. Bad Dane! Bad!

In “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” for Peter Parker, life is busy — between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen, high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away — but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro, emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn, returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Campbell Scott, Embeth Davidtz, Colm Feore, with Paul Giamatti and Sally Field.

Spidey builds some web sites this May 2nd.

Okay that was pretty crazy!!! Love the humor, love the “Sinister” reference, loving this franchise.

Oh man! I’m still not convinced. They dropped the cool real look of the webslinging with a lot of colorful CGI. It just look too much like a video game. Too much like Spiderman 3.

I hope I’m wrong. I really do. I don’t want for this movie to be another Man of Steel. All destruction and no substance.

WHAT! Your still not convinced that this is going to be the most awesome movie of all time. First, Academy Award winning actor Jamie Fox is in it. Did you not see Django? The graphics and the storyline look superb. Also Spiderman has more villains than any other character, and I’m sure he won’t kill off the a Sinister Six.

Yeah I don’t know what you’re looking for man. The CGI Web slinging is for the stuff they just CAN’T do with real people and cameras. There is still a lot of real stuff in there. And there’s already a lot of substance to be had.
