First Footage from Inglourious Basterds
Inglourious Basterds (2009) Movie, Videos — By Nix on February 10, 2009
Entertainment Tonight’s got a teaser for a longer version of Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds” trailer that they plan to run tomorrow, or maybe it’s later today. Well, one of these days we’re going to be seeing more of Brad Pitt as Aldo Raine talking about scalping Nazis. Just as in the script that leaked months ago, witnessing Pitt talk in that horrible accent and going on and on about scalping Nazis is just … weird. I actually thought it might look and sound better onscreen than it “read”, but maybe not so much.
In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as “The Basterds” are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. The Basterds soon cross paths with a French-Jewish teenage girl who runs a movie theater in Paris which is targeted by the soldiers.
The frogs get the movie first at Cannes, and it arrives Stateside in August.

Looked cool to me, and any chance I get to see Nazis killed is a fun time!
