First Images from The Hurt Locker

I’ve been looking forward to Kathryn Bigelow’s Iraq War-set “The Hurt Locker” ever since I heard about it, and saw this very cool poster. Although I’m probably the only one, considering the public’s seemingly complete lack of interest in Iraq War-themed movies. Hasn’t every single movie about the Iraq War bombed harder than a Pamela Anderson marriage? Anyhoo, check out the very first images from “The Hurt Locker” below.

Iraq. Forced to play a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse in the chaos of war, an elite Army bomb squad unit must come together in a city where everyone is a potential enemy and every object could be a deadly bomb.

Starring Ralph Fiennes, Jeremy Renner, Anthony Mackie, Brian Geraghty, Guy Pearce, and directed by Kathryn Bigelow.

There’s a new poster that’s also pretty cool that I saw on another site. So far, TIME magazine raved about the movie. This one sounds really good. When does it come out?
