First Images from The Mutant Chronicles

Having heard much from Thomas Jane’s upcoming action/sci-fi movie “The Mutant Chronicles”, but that should change soon. The guys over at Worst Previews have gotten their hands on a number of stills from the movie, and they look, well, futuristic and stuff. The film stars John Malkovich, Ron Perlman, Devon Aoki, Thomas Jane, Stephen Rea, and is directed by Simon Hunter, a British director who last helmed the horror movie “The Lighthouse”, which I kind of liked. Jane headlines the film, which is based on a role-playing game of the same name.

Set in the distant future when the Earth is no longer inhabitable and the Megacorporations have banded together to control the remaining planets and their moons. When an alien force of undead Necromutants known as the Dark Legion prepares to attack the inhabited Mars, the Megacorporations assemble a band of warriors to destroy the warlord Alakhai. Together they return to Earth, infiltrate Alakhai’s gothic Citadel, and attempt to reduce it to rubble.

Yeah…

I reckon Devon Aoki (playing Duval) is gonna give this movie some of her ‘Deadly Little Miho’ type action.

Easy… Justin
