First Look at CGI Smurf Looks Underwhelmingly CGI Smurfy

Yeah, you know what, I don’t know what I was hoping with this thing. It’s the Smurfs, after all, what was I expecting it to look like but a blue guy with a white pointy hat? I mean, it’s the Smurfs! Anyways, here’s your first look at a Smurf from the upcoming CG movie via Comingsoon. This has been confirmed as being real, in case you were wondering, since this obviously looks like something even I could have whipped up on my Adobe, and I’m pretty much a tech-tard. Like the poster said, the film arrives in theaters by 2010, just in time for the Holidays, cause what’s better to celebrate the Holidays with than tiny little blue, er, guys?
