First Look at Gunslinger Christoph Waltz on the set of Django Unchained

Quentin Tarantino’s sure-to-be talkiest Western ever made, the revenge flick “Django Unchained” has quite the cast. But that’s to be expected from a Tarantino movie. Dude just writes the kind of scripts that makes actors flock to him.

One of those castmembers is Christoph Waltz, who shot to fame thanks to Tarantino’s WWII movie “Inglourious Basterds”. Here’s your first look at Waltz, playing a German bounty hunter in the Old West name Dr. King Schultz who trains former slaved Jamie Foxx how to shoot a gun and get revenge. Along the way, Foxx’s Django hopes to retrieve his beloved wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) from the bad guys. Much blood, we presume, is spilled along the way.

The film’s mammoth cast includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Sacha Baron Cohen, Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Walton Goggins, James Remar, and Don Johnson.

Django gets his revenge this Christmas.
