I’m not sure if this picture of Christian Bale as Batman shows him in a new Batsuit from the original, because, frankly, I didn’t pay that much attention to Bale’s last batsuit. Wasn’t that the point of the movie? Shoot Batman in the shadows so you can’t tell what his batsuit really looks like? Anyways, Comingsoon has this scanned photo of Bale in what is supposed to be his new batsuit from an upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly. And since the EW article does say that this is a “new batsuit”, well, um, I guess it is. Check the picture out below.

In “The Dark Knight,” Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as The Joker.
