Yes, that’s right. Some material from the CGI-animated “Smurfs” movie has surfaced online, and because I know all of you are just dying to see it — am I right or am I right? — here are the first images from the animated movie. Okay, so maybe they’re not the finished product, but you can pretty much get a feel for how the blue dwarfs will look once all the pixels are filled in.
Blue skinned freaks do stuff in a magical forest while using the word “smurf” a lot.

hmm, the environment seems a bit low poly for a CGI movie. It seems like the edges of the polys wouldn’t transfer well over a big screen.
