First Look: Cruz and Johansson in Woody’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona

I can’t say as if I’m an uber fan of the Wood man’s work, but a lot of people still seem to regard him as one of cinema’s giants, so there should be some interest for his latest, “Vicky Cristina Barcelona”, which co-stars Scarlett Johansson (who is quickly becoming a Wood man favorite, it would appear) and Penelope Cruz. And oh yeah, some dude name Javier Bardem may have something to do with it, too.

A painter enters a relationship with two American tourists (Rebecca Hall and Johansson). Conflict begins with the painter’s jealous ex-girlfriend (Cruz).

“Vicky Cristina Barcelona” is written and directed by Woody Allen, and stars Rebecca Hall, Scarlett Johansson, Javier Bardem, and Penelope Cruz.
