First Look: French Zombie Movie Mutants
Horror Movie News, Mutants (2008) Movie — By Nix on December 9, 2007 |
The French does zombies? Hey, why not. The Irish did zombies, and so did the Scottish. So now it’s the French’s turn. As far as I know, this is the first French zombie movie ever, but I could be wrong. It’s called “Mutants”, and apparently they’re going with the “viral outbreak” angle, which I suppose is as good an angle as any to explain zombies.
So what’s it about? From Twitch:
Shooting now for a summer 2008 release the film tracks a young couple caught in the midst of a viral outbreak that transforms the nation into a swarm of bloodthirsty mutants.
Directed by David Morlet and starring Hélène de Fougerolles, Francis Renaud, and Dida Diafat.
