Having played the game only briefly years ago, I didn’t know the movie version of “The Prince of Persia” would be this action-packed. From the footage that producer Jerry Bruckheimer brought over to his interview with ABC’s Movie Special show, this thing looks like the “Pirates” movie, minus all the seafaring, pirates, and scurvy. Bruckheimer also told us more about the plot, but really, it’s all about the battle footage. Very nice. I wonder how they’re going to incorporate explosions into the movie, though. A Bruckheimer movie without explosions just isn’t a Bruckeheimer movie.
