Let’s face it, every warm-blooded male (who isn’t into other warm-blooded males, ahem) wants to see Scarlett Johansson slip that skin-tight black outfit back on for a “Black Widow” movie after she showed what kind of curves she could bring to the role in “Iron Man 2”. That’s just how we men roll. And it looks like we might get our chance, if what Marvel chief Kevin Feige said holds true.
Speaking at a roundtable presser to promote the upcoming “Iron Man 2” DVD/Blu-ray release, Feige confirms that talks about a solo “Black Widow” movie starring Scarlett Johansson have already taken place with the actress.
We’ve already started discussions with Scarlett about the idea of a solo movie and have begun putting together concepts. ‘The Avengers’ comes first.
Obviously it’s all up to Johnasson if the film ever gets made, but since she already suited up for the role once, and will be doing it again for “The Avengers”, it seems unlikely she’d turn down a solo movie that will feature her character as the primary hero.
Then again, stranger things have happened with Marvel movies, so who knows.
Let’s faced it, most of us didn’t think she could pull the roll off when we first heard she had gotten the part. But she did. Oh my did she ever.
