Fox has released official looks at the shows they have scheduled for the upcoming 2013-2014 new season, including our first looks at a trio of interesting genre offerings.

Up first, Karl Urban and Michael Ealy in the J.J. Abrams-produced “Almost Human” (formerly just “Human”) shows their human and android faces. Besides star power behind the scenes (Abrams’ name is pretty much gold these days), there’s Urban in front of the camera.

The action-packed police drama is set 35 years in the future, when police officers are partnered with highly evolved human-like androids. An unlikely connection is forged when a cop with an aversion to robots and a robot with unexpected emotional responses investigate cases in a brave new world.

The show co-stars Lili Taylor, Mackenzie Crook, Michael Irby, and Minka Kelly.

Up next, your first look at “Gang Related”, the new action/cop/drama from Chris Morgan, the writer on the “Fast and Furious” franchise. There is no real star power in the cast, so this looks like a show that’s going to have to live and die by its stories.

Logline: A rising star in L.A.’s elite Gang Task Force is teamed with longtime member Cassius Green to take on three of the city’s most dangerous gangs — including one he has ties to.

Starring Terry O’Quinn, Ramon Rodriguez, RZA, Jay Hernandez, Sung Kang, Inbar Lavi, Cliff Curtis, and Shantel VanSanten.

And finally, here’s the first of the two “Sleepy Hollow” TV show currently in development, “Sleepy Hollow” (formerly “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”). This one also lacks star power (Nicole Behari and Tom Mison, who?), and will have to rely purely on its story, which in this case could work, depending on how Ichabod Crane is handled. Is he a Sherlock Holmes type? Or just an Average Joe?

A modern-day retelling of Washington Irving’s classic. The supernatural thriller centers on Ichabod Crane who is resurrected and pulled two and a half centries through time to find the world on the brink of

It will co-star Orlando Jones, Katia Winter, and John Cho.
