Oh, to be a Victoria’s Secret supermodel. If there was ever such a thing as instant stardom, being plucked out of obscurity (or in most cases nowadays out of some hut in Brazil — what, they live in huts down in Brazil, right?) and slapped with a Victoria’s Secret model tag might just be it. That, and winning on American Idol. Or dressing as a big bright yellow banana and then “singing” (and I use the term loosely) Peanut Butter Jelly Time on national TV, which has got to the both the most annoying and at the same time brilliant song ever written. Like, EVER. Or it’s a close second. Okay, for my money, Peanut Butter Jelly Time is right up there with Happy Birthday as the best songs ever written. It’s a happy song and it’s about your birthday! Brilliant! Where was I? Oh right, some Ana Beatriz Barros for your gawking pleasure.
