Borat Returns for Glorious Sequel to Make Much Money for Bank Account

Borat is coming back — or at least that’s what FOX headman Rupert Murdoch told reporters today via Reuters. Says the Aussie billionaire, who owns half the planet, including Fox News: “He’s signed up to do a sequel for us.” Sacha Baron Cohen, who plays Borat, hasn’t said a word, and his camp isn’t commenting, but come on, like he’s not going to do a sequel? “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan” scored $250 million in box office receipts and won Cohen a Best Actor Golden Globe. You think Hollywood, or in this case someone as money-minded as Murdoch, isn’t going to continue tapping that vein? I think not.
