Bryan Singer and Christopher McQuarrie Re-Teams for WWII Thriller

The last time “Superman Returns” director Bryan Singer worked with “Way of the Gun” writer/director Christopher McQuarrie, it was for 1995’s “The Usual Suspects”, which was a breakthrough film for both of their careers. (Although they had worked together 2 years before that on the little-seen “Public Access”.) Variety says Singer and McQuarrie have now re-teamed for an as-yet-untitled World War II drama that will, once again, utilize an ensemble cast, much like “Suspects”. And who are the film’s producers? No other than Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner via their United Artists banner. Stay tune for more news…

The gang’s all back for another go-around.
