Did I Mention that Alexa Vega is All Grown Up?

I think I’ve mentioned it once or twice, or a couple of dozen times, but “Spy Kids” star is no kid. She’s not even a teenager anymore, and that means we are now safe to fantasize naughty thoughts about her. In fact, I think she might appreciate it if, though I can’t be sure. Here’s more proof that being a child star is a good thing. Sure, there’s the drugs and sex and violence and drugs and prostitution, but as far as we know, Alexa Vega hasn’t done any of those things. She has, though, grown up to be one hell of a gorgeous gal, so remember, parents, sign your kids up for them movies! But make sure they’re at least cute. No one wants to see ugly babies on the big screen.

Latin Flavor Explosion: The 2007 Alma Awards

On Friday Hollywood’s hottest Latinas (and some Waspy chicks) showed up for the 2007 Alma Awards, basically a “Latin Only” showcase. Well, actually, you can still show up if you’re not Latin, but your chances of winning probably ain’t so good. Present and accounted for were a bevy of Latin babes, highlighted by the most famous one of them all, Eva Longoria. Joining her were Sofia Vergara, Constance Marie, Alexa Vega, Marisol Nichols, Danna Garcia, and former beauty queen Dayanara Torres. So who won and who lost? Who cares is more like it!

Alexa Vega Grows Up

Wow, when did Alexa Vega grow up? One moment she was in those “Spy Kids” movies (I guess no more “Spy Kids” movies, huh?) and the next she’s an adult woman in a evening dress. Carmen Cortez has turned 18, but she looks 28 in these pictures. I appreciate kids growing up fast, but I can’t help but wonder if Alexa’s transformation from kid spy to womanly actress has more to do with Hollywood demands than anything else. But oh well, what do I know. Alexa Vega is definitely not doing anymore “Spy Kids” movies, that’s for sure.

Alexa Vega is a Spy Kid No More

She’s 17 going on 18, which means former “Spy Kids” star Alexa Vega is definitely not a kid anymore. Okay, she’s sorta still a kid, but she’s getting to the point where she won’t be. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Anyways, check out the clothes she’s wearing here and the fantastic smile she’s flashing. Methinks the young woman is ready for Hollywood babedom! Or at least a trip in my van. My unmarked white van.
