Amanda Beard in a two-piece bikini is Heaven on Earth. Then again, when you’ve spent your entire life in a swimsuit and once appeared in Playboy, isn’t it a given that you should look slammin’ in a bikini? In any case, Amanda Beard was somewhere doing something with some guy, and took the time to slip on a red two-piece bikini for all the boys out there. I don’t know who the guy with her is, but he’s one lucky bastard. Also, I don’t know if this is a candid walk on the beach or a photoshoot, because at one point a woman shows up to do Amanda’s hair. Huh? Oh well, the trails and tribulations and bikinis of celebrityhood, I suppose.

Amanda Beard in Self Magazine

You get to be a multiple Olympic Gold Medalist without having the kind of body that screams to be shown off in magazines such as Self or, perhaps, Playboy. Such is the life of Amanda Beard, who is still in her early ’20s, and still has a ways to go before “retirement” even enters her lexicon. Who knew that the tall, awkward skinny girl from the Australian Summer Olympics would grow up to be a tall, not-so-awkward and hot girl? I did! I did! Well, okay, I probably didn’t know, but if anyone asks you, just say I did know all along, and go with it. (The check’s in the mail, as it were.) Anyhoo. Amanda Beard’s Playboy Cover

Amanda Beard is in this month’s issue of Playboy, so you should run out and get it now, because it’s not everyday that a two-time Gold Winning Olympic Medalist takes it all off for your perusal pleasure. Now I don’t know where you can grab a copy of Playboy, not having bought a copy for, oh, a few dozen years or so (just go with it), so I can’t tell you where to go for it. But I’m sure your local convenience store probably has it. And you should definitely get it, that’s not in doubt. Amanda Beard looks friggin hot on the cover (below), and I’m 100% sure she looks 500% better inside the magazine sans clothing. Oh, clothing, it’s so overrated anyways.

Amanda Beard Nude in July Issue of Playboy

Two-time Gold Olympic Medalists don’t come around very often. And when they look like Amanda Beard, they certainly don’t pose in Playboy very often — if ever? Amanda Beard can soon be seen in all her glory in the July 2007 issue of Playboy, and three years since she won three medals at the Sydney Olympics, she’s still looking good. Until that issue comes out, here are some bikini pictures of her. Delicious, is she not? I guess this gives new meaning to the phrase, “breast stroke”. Get it? Get it? Oh man, I kill myself. (Hopefully not for a while, if the anti-depressant medication does what they’re supposed to do…)
